SOFTWARE
Our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is developed by Triadic for New Mexico Government Entities. All of Triadic's programs were written by members of Triadic's staff, some of whom have previously worked for a New Mexico government, therefore Triadic's software is designed to conform to the way you do business. While this software is currently being used in twenty-two New Mexico Government Entities, Triadic recognizes that each entity is different and will customize the software to fit your needs.
The software is designed to handle growth with little or no changes in programming. The design of the software is to derive as much as is possible from the original entries and eliminate duplicate work. Thus, information is pulled from any office to do the work without unnecessary entries. This elimination of duplicate work has proven to be a great time saver.
Each of the tasks needed to do business is easy to use and logical. Retrieval and updating of information for any function is done through workstations and may be initiated by the staff of the respective offices. Each office may also initiate their own reports and backups, or this may be done by a system operator.
The software is designed to allow the sharing of information between the various offices. Yet, while sharing of information is desirable, only the responsible office should be allowed to make changes, so Triadic's software prohibits any office from making changes to any information except their own. Triadic's software is designed to work on IBM's Power servers.
