PERSONNEL AVAILABILITY
Triadic’s normal office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 800 numbers are provided for normal business hours. Home phone numbers are provided for after hours service and emergency help. Service can be scheduled for after hours and weekends.
In addition, Triadic endeavors to provide personnel to assist in many County functions, such as tax calculations, form design, year-end close, accounting questions, & audits, etc.
Hardware maintenance may be performed during or after hours. IBM's normal hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 P.M. Monday through Friday. However the 800 number for service is manned 24 hours a day. All equipment is covered under a 24 hour a day, seven day a week maintenance contract. Therefore, IBM's personnel are always on call and available.

FIELD WORK
No regular schedule is set up for field work by Triadic. Most field work is scheduled upon request. (After hours and weekends can be scheduled if so needed.) Routine visits with our customer sites help keep both parties in touch.
No regular scheduled maintenance of IBM's equipment is required. All equipment is serviced on-site by IBM or replaced by Triadic.

TRAINING
There are no education requirements to operate Triadic's software. Triadic will train the personnel of each office, on-site, on the use of the programs provided by Triadic.
